Provide leadership training and coaching to executives in one-on-one situations or to the company’s leadership group.  Deliver real value in teaching what it takes to get the most out of oneself as the leader of the company and out of the company by creating an environment in which employees feel safe and valued – thereby improving their productivity and encouraging them to stay with the company.  Deliver the what to do and how to do it through pragmatic training in inter-active sessions following the format of five training segments: Crisis management, Habits of effective leaders, Effective communications, Working with difficult people, and Maximizing results.  Tailor training specifically as desired by management.
